TEFL & TEACH ABROAD

Take your English into the world

Move from fluent speaker to prepared, responsible English teacher—and explore where those skills could take you.

FLUENCY IS THE START

Being able to speak English is not the same as knowing how to teach it

Effective teaching requires lesson planning, clear explanation, learner-centred practice, assessment, feedback and classroom or online teaching skills.

A responsible pathway also requires careful research into qualifications, employers, contracts, visas, living costs and safeguarding.

Teach English Abroad: From Fluent Speaker to Prepared TEFL Teacher

A practical five-day Sharper Minds Academy orientation covering the qualification landscape, lesson fundamentals, responsible opportunity research and the steps between a certificate and a real first lesson.
